The Kimberley Hotel, Harrogate

I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate supplies, but they could have been brighter. The location was ideal for exploring Harrogate on foot, even though the payment and parking arrangements were a bit odd. The dining experience was enjoyable, but there could have been more staff assisting with orders. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. I loved the fact that my room was equipped with a king-size bed and a walk-in shower as I had requested, offering an incredible bathroom and a comfy sleigh bed. However, I was disturbed several times during the night by noises from other guests, and it felt like my room was either situated above a heat source or near all the hotel vents.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were just beautiful and so impressive that I would definitely come back again. The warm welcome with wine and chocolates was a lovely touch, and the full tea and coffee making facilities made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and extremely clean, with a good size TV. The food was excellent, offering an overall 5-star service. Well done to the team for providing such a great experience!
